All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

After purchase, you will receive access to your files and instructions for using your templates.

Delivery of Digital Files

Once your purchase is complete, your digital product will be delivered through:

  • A download link on the order confirmation page, and/or

  • An email containing your download link and instructions

Most customers receive access immediately after purchase.

If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Accessing Your Templates

Your purchase includes a PDF with links to access your templates in Canva along with instructions for editing and downloading your designs.

To use your templates:

  1. Open the PDF included with your purchase.

  2. Click the template access links inside the document.

  3. Open the design in Canva.

  4. Make a copy of the template before editing so you can reuse it as many times as needed.

You can customize text, colors, and images directly in Canva before downloading your finished design.

Canva Account Requirement (Social Templates Only)

Templates are edited using Canva.

You may need to create a free Canva account to access and customize your templates.

For the best experience, Canva recommends editing templates using the desktop version of Canva rather than the mobile app.

Downloading Your Finished Designs

After customizing your templates in Canva:

  1. Click Share

  2. Click Download

  3. Select your preferred file format

  4. Choose the pages you want to export

Your finished designs will then download directly to your device.

Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.
